This page describes the management methods of the site in relation to the processing of personal data of users who consult it.
This is an information notice also provided pursuant to Articles 13, 14 of the New European Regulation EU 679/2016 – Code regarding the protection of personal data to those who interact with web services accessible electronically from the address:

The information is provided only for our site and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user via links.
The information is also inspired by Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the Group established by Article 29 of Directive no. 95/46/EC, adopted on May 17, 2001, to identify some minimum requirements for the online collection of personal data, and, in particular, the methods, timing, and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purposes of the connection.
THE “CONTROLLER” OF THE PROCESSING
Following consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed.
The “controller” of their processing is the company SOFIN S.r.l. located at Strada degli Schiocchi 12 – 41124 Modena (MO) Italy. Mr. Cristian Manfredotti has been appointed as the D.P.O., contactable at the headquarters of CEA Maglierie srl.
PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
The processing connected to the web services of this site takes place at the aforementioned headquarters and the external Server Farm of Nouvelle (located in Italy at the MIX in Milan via Caldera 21) and is handled only by technical personnel in charge of processing, or by any persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations.
No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated.
The personal data provided by users who submit requests for the sending of informative material (bulletins, CD-ROMs, newsletters, annual reports, responses to inquiries, acts and measures, etc.) are used only to perform the service or provision requested and are communicated to third parties only if necessary for that purpose.
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this web site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment.
These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning; the data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes and are kept for the time defined by law for this eventuality.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of data collected through forms or email to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.

OPTIONAL NATURE OF DATA PROVISION

Pursuant to the same articles, one has the right to request the deletion, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their processing.
